We at TheGuitarAces are musicians…so we try to keep everything about the music and student experience. Please respect these modest policies to keep the lessons running smooth and the focus on learning the guitar. If a problem arises let us know. We are here for you!
Lessons are held weekly, half hour sessions.

Tuition
Tuition is due BY the last lesson of the month for the following month. Example: Last lesson in May– June tuition is due.
Full tuition is due EVERY month. If you need to miss we offer make up lessons.
We have a PayPal option online where credit card payments can be made 24/7.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A PAYPAL MEMBER TO USE PAYPAL!!
Make up Lessons
Make up lessons are not guaranteed but will always be given if possible and student/family are in good standing.
If you need to miss a lesson no problem, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
ONCE A MAKE UP LESSON IS SCHEDULED IT CANNOT BE CHANGED!
Stopping Lessons
To cancel your lessons you must notify us by the 15th of the month prior to the month of withdrawal. If notification is made beyond the 15th full tuition is still due the following month.
Failure to follow any part of the policies listed above may prohibit you from participating in any or all extra-curricular events, such as, recitals or possibly result in termination of the lessons.
